If you are subscribed to DreamKitty.com’s newsletter, DreamNews, you may have noticed a few problems with the last newsletter sent out on the week of November 20th. First of all, the team at DreamKitty.com would like to offer its sincerest apologies to all the newsletter subscribers if you have received the newsletter more than once, or if you haven’t received it at all.

We have recently changed our ISP in order to increase the speed of our service. However, it appears that our new ISP had tagged our newsletter e-mails as spam. For this reason, the newsletter was blocked from arriving into many people’s inboxes, or it was sent to the junk mail folder. In our attempts to solve this problem, multiple copies of the newsletter may have been sent to the same individuals. We hope that after having contacted our ISP and other E-mail service providers like Hotmail that this problem will be promptly solved and that we will be allowed to send out DreamNews hassle free.

In the meantime, you can prevent our newsletter from being sent to your junk mail box by adding us (dreamnews @ dreamkitty . com) to your contact list or safe list. Also, make sure that you periodically check your junk mail box to see if legitimate e-mails are being directed there.
